Security Guard

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The role involves safeguarding the premises, protecting people and assets, and ensuring a safe environment for staff and visitors. You will work full‑time on‑site, reporting to the security supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points, control access and verify identification of visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter theft, vandalism and unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents and emergency situations following established procedures.
• Observe, document and report all incidents, maintaining accurate logs and daily reports.
• Provide clear instructions and basic customer assistance to visitors and staff while enforcing safety regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other security personnel to maintain an orderly environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good physical fitness with the ability to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow security and emergency protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and basic report‑writing capability.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and required training.
