Security Operations Specialist – Bhubaneswar

About the role

We are looking for a Security Operations Specialist to lead and manage security activities at our Bhubaneswar location. The role focuses on protecting company assets, preventing crime, and creating a safe working environment in partnership with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor security operations across the assigned area of responsibility.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure effective crime control and incident response.
• Maintain and audit security systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Oversee fire and disaster preparedness measures.
• Conduct regular security audits and financial reviews related to security budgeting.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in security operations or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Indian security legislation (IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, Labour Laws, PSARA).
• Basic knowledge of fire and disaster management.
• Familiarity with technical convergence concepts in security.
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) as applied to security.
• Experience with auditing and basic financial management.
• High customer orientation and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
