Security Operations Manager – Bhubaneswar

About the role

The Security Operations Manager will lead and administer effective security operations to protect company assets, control crime, and create a safe working environment at the assigned area of responsibility. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure robust security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external security agencies.
• Oversee security systems, including access control and surveillance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
• Manage incident reporting and response protocols.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal provisions such as IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, Labour Laws, and PSARA.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in security operations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of security systems management.
• Basic understanding of fire and disaster management principles.
• Familiarity with technical convergence concepts for security.
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) as applied to security.
• Experience with auditing and basic financial management.
• High customer orientation and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
