Scrum Master – GCC Advisory (Hyderabad)

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join its GCC Advisory team in Hyderabad. You will work on GxP‑related applications, driving agile delivery across multiple sites while ensuring compliance and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and coordinate with site‑specific Project Managers and technical architects.
• Maintain and document security plans for GxP applications.
• Create and manage Configuration Items (CI) in Jira, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Oversee story‑point estimation, leveraging automated tools where applicable.
• Develop and maintain a consolidated Jira dashboard that provides visibility across up to 20 sites.

Required profile

• Seasoned Scrum Master with a strong understanding of agile principles.
• Experience working on regulated (GxP) software projects.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive collaboration.

Required skills

• Jira administration and configuration.
• Proficiency with Scrum framework and agile delivery.
