School HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced School HR Recruiter / HR Recruitment Executive to own the full recruitment lifecycle for both academic and non‑academic positions across our international school network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for teaching, academic leadership, administrative and support staff.
• Develop and implement effective talent‑acquisition strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri), LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and recruitment agencies.
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with principals, academic directors and department heads.
• Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries and oversee onboarding, induction and joining formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, source of hire and offer‑to‑joining ratio.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Prior experience in school, education or international‑school recruitment is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment for CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, Cambridge, IB/PYP and other international curricula.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to use Google Sheets for tracking recruitment data.
• Experience with HRMS/ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other job‑portal sourcing tools.
