SAP WM Consultant Lead

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant Lead to join its Bangalore team. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing warehouse processes within SAP, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and efficient day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for SAP WM, covering goods receipt, put‑away, picking, packing, and goods issue.
• Configure and customize SAP WM to meet business requirements.
• Handle RF transactions and barcode scanning to streamline warehouse activities.
• Manage integration points between WM and MM, SD, and LE modules.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IDocs, batch jobs, and interfaces.
• Use ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy following ITIL processes to resolve incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of hands‑on experience in SAP WM support.
• Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and resolving issues.
