SAP Project Manager

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end SAP implementations, migrations and upgrades across ECC and S/4HANA modules. You will be responsible for delivering projects that align with strategic business goals while applying Agile and Scrum practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle SAP projects (implementation, migration, upgrade) from proposal preparation to delivery.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and use tools such as JIRA and SAP Solution Manager.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and audit readiness through structured testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor team members, provide subject‑matter training, and promote thought leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 11 years of SAP Project Management experience.
• Certified Scrum Master and Agile methodology certifications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to work with business and technology experts to define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and ability to collaborate across domains.
