Salesforce Senior Specialist – Digitalization

About the role

Join BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad as a Salesforce Senior Specialist focused on digitalization. You will design, develop, and operate innovative Salesforce‑based solutions that support global CRM initiatives and drive digital transformation across the chemical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform for global CRM systems.
• Develop scalable data models, Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automations.
• Integrate external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, SAP CPI middleware, and event‑driven architectures such as Kafka.
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce environment, ensuring code quality, test coverage, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with global Salesforce product teams, business units, and external service providers to deliver stable, future‑proof digital services.

Required profile

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• More than 5 years of experience developing and architecting Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of complex data models and system architectures.
• Preferably holds Salesforce certifications such as System Administrator or AI Specialist.
