Salesforce Administrator – Sales & Marketing

About the role

Avathon is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support its Sales and Marketing teams in Bengaluru. You will manage the Salesforce platform, ensure data integrity, and drive process automation to enable efficient sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings; perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
• Develop reports and dashboards for cross‑functional decision‑making and ensure data accuracy through de‑duplication, imports, exports, and backups.
• Provide user support and training, document processes, and streamline onboarding for Sales and Marketing users.
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party applications (e.g., HubSpot, ERP, Outlook) and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Manage the sales technology stack, optimize tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo, and define best‑practice sales operations processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and automation tools.
• Proven ability to build reports, dashboards, and maintain data governance.
