Salesforce Administrator I – Full-time (Pune)

About the role

Sandvik’s Intelligent Manufacturing division is looking for a Salesforce System Administrator to join the Digital Enablement team in Pune. The role focuses on tier‑one support, user management, and ensuring smooth adoption of new Salesforce features within a fast‑growing digital manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tier‑one support for Digital Enablement, managing, resolving, and escalating Salesforce support cases.
• Administer user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot system issues, support end‑users, and assist with the rollout of new Salesforce functionalities.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices, recommending enhancements to the team.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201); Advanced Administrator (ADM‑211) preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on case management and Service Cloud.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce administration (user management, roles, profiles, permission sets).
• Service Cloud case management and troubleshooting.
• Report and dashboard creation, data analysis within Salesforce.
• Experience with AI‑enabled tools or automation to improve productivity.
• Salesforce ADM‑201 certification (mandatory) and ADM‑211 (preferred).
