About the role

We are seeking energetic Sales Officers across India to generate distributor, modern trade and institutional leads, grow the business and ensure post‑sales customer satisfaction for Rage Coffee.

Key responsibilities

Generate and qualify distributor, MT and institutional leads to expand market presence.
Research and identify new business opportunities and maintain regular billing cycles.
Prepare and dispatch orders, handle invoicing, payments and follow‑up on deliveries.
Maintain accurate MIS reports, statistics and account databases.
Manage B2B email communications, calls and e‑meetings with prospective partner stores.
Ensure product availability and visibility across stores and platforms.

Required profile

Minimum 2‑10 years of experience in FMCG sales and business development.
Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical ability to monitor competitor activities and devise strategies.
Proven track record of handling end‑to‑end sales processes and customer satisfaction.
