Sales & Marketing Commercial Officer (PwD)

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Commercial Officer will provide backend support to the sales function, ensuring timely material delivery, efficient warehouse operations, and compliance with statutory and safety standards across India.

Key responsibilities

• Customer service: review order cycle time, resolve material service issues with customers and sales team.
• Warehouse management: monitor CFA manpower productivity, conduct stock verification, maintain documents, implement transport management system and optimise route plans.
• Infrastructure & Capex: assess warehouse and office infrastructure needs, propose and execute capex projects on schedule.
• Overheads & budgeting: support regional commercial team on overhead budgets, monitor freight cost per ton and other expenses.
• Vendor payments: process payments, ensure no pending invoices, coordinate closures and quarterly balances.
• Statutory compliance & audits: renew licences, update statutory portal, handle ISO/5S/internal audits.
• Safety: conduct safety audits and maintain a safe working environment.
• Reporting: prepare and circulate monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any stream) with minimum 50% marks, no backlogs.
• 1‑2 years experience in commercial and warehouse management.
• Age less than 26 and willing to travel pan‑India.

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
