Sales Associate (Media & Field Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate with agency experience to drive media and field sales, generate new business and present digital marketing solutions to clients in Bhubaneswar. The role involves prospecting, client meetings, pitch preparation and collaboration with creative and performance teams to meet monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals and online channels.
• Identify potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and present digital marketing strategies and solutions.
• Prepare and communicate strategy‑based pitches and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with creative, performance marketing and strategy teams for client requirements.
• Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing deals.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Agency background, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, media or creative agencies.
• Experience in media sales, field sales or B2B sales.
• Good understanding of marketing, branding, digital advertising concepts.
• Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
