Revenue Cycle Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Cycle Analyst oversees a customer's RCMS contract, ensuring the revenue cycle operates smoothly across multiple business accounts and that key performance indicators are achieved. The ideal candidate brings advanced RCM knowledge, strong problem‑solving abilities, and experience handling complex customer issues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the customer's RCMS contract.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the revenue cycle across multiple business accounts.
• Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for each contract.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and lead billing operations.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
• Identify trends, root causes and design solutions with minimal leadership support.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical billing.
• 6–8 years of experience in medical billing or related RCM roles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to think quickly, logically and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with EDI file processing.
