Remote Business Analyst – Telecom

About the role

AireSpring is seeking a results‑driven Business Analyst to work fully remotely, supporting its telecom and managed‑services business. Reporting to the SVP of IT, you will translate business needs into technical solutions that improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture and document functional requirements, obtaining sign‑off.
• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized workflows aligned with best practices.
• Conduct data analysis, create reports and dashboards, and present insights to business leaders.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions, perform high‑level functional testing, and support users during UAT.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, managing expectations and project scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in telecom or managed‑services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and process‑improvement abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working in remote, cross‑functional teams.
