Registered Nurse – Medical Travel Specialist

About the role

The Registered Nurse role at NexFLY Global Ventures is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Coimbatore. The nurse will provide direct patient care, assess conditions, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with nursing protocols and infection‑control standards.
• Coordinate with physicians, allied health professionals and international care teams to support treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery and follow‑up care.
• Support pre‑travel and post‑treatment processes, respond to patient queries and promote a culturally sensitive care environment.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid local nursing license.
• Clinical experience in hospital or clinical settings; experience with medical tourism is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, infection‑control practices and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams, including international partners.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends or holidays, and handle multiple patients and coordination tasks.
