Project Manager (PMP Certification Preferred)

About the role

NIQ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives that drive organizational change and deliver high‑impact consumer intelligence solutions. The role will serve as the single point of contact for project status, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own project delivery from initiation through closure, holding teams and stakeholders accountable.
• Develop detailed project plans, statements of work, risk‑management and change‑control processes.
• Communicate project status, health reports, and executive updates to senior leadership.
• Manage scope, resources, budget, and timelines to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Identify, assign, and mitigate risks and issues, driving resolutions promptly.
• Influence and engage business partners, SMEs, and project teams across cultural differences.
• Apply best‑practice project management governance and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on project management experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to assess implications of project decisions.
• Experience in operational leadership roles.
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet.
• PMI/PMP certification (preferred).
