Project Manager

About the role

NIQ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives that drive organizational change and deliver high‑impact consumer intelligence solutions. The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own project delivery end‑to‑end, holding teams and stakeholders accountable for results.
• Develop detailed project plans, statements of work, risk‑management and change‑control processes in line with PMI best practices.
• Produce clear status reports, maintain a single point of contact for overall project health, and ensure accurate health reporting.
• Identify, assign, and mitigate risks and issues, driving timely resolutions.
• Lead change initiatives, making compelling cases to secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Allocate resources efficiently, manage scope, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of both theoretical and practical project management concepts.
• Experience in an operational leadership role.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet.
