Project Manager – EQ

About the role

As a Project Manager – EQ within the Infosys Equinox team, you will lead the design, development, validation and support of technology solutions for our clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery across the e‑commerce and AI domains.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from proposal generation to final delivery, including budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, baselines, and schedules, monitoring progress and reporting status to stakeholders.
• Lead risk and dependency management, creating mitigation plans and addressing issues promptly.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Oversee estimation, resource planning, and quality planning activities, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects, preferably in e‑commerce or AI/ML environments.
• Strong ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
