Application SW Developer (Model-based) for Steering Platform

About the role

The role involves developing functional software for Bosch's Steering Platform, serving a broad range of OEM customers. You will work on model‑based application development while ensuring compliance with automotive functional safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop functional software components for the Steering Platform.
• Design models following MBSD best practices and PMT.
• Derive optimal test cases from design requirements (UT & CIT).
• Create design artifacts such as DR, SA/DFA, and architecture designs (EA & System Desk).
• Analyze software bugs and support root‑cause analysis for identified defects.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering.
• 7‑8 years of relevant experience in automotive software development.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO26262 functional safety processes.
