Precast Concrete Manager

About the role

The Precast Concrete Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of all precast concrete activities on site. This role ensures that all erection, handling, and finishing tasks are performed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the receipt, storage, lifting, erection, alignment, grouting and completion of precast elements.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, method statements and project specifications.
• Coordinate with design, production, logistics, subcontractors and client teams to meet project milestones.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, crane operations and material availability to optimise productivity.
• Conduct quality inspections, maintain erection records and resolve on‑site issues.
• Track progress, prepare daily reports and support overall project scheduling.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in precast concrete construction and site management.

Required skills

• Precast concrete erection techniques.
• Lifting operations and crane management.
• Interpretation of structural drawings.
