Nursing Staff Positions – BSc, MSc, GNM & DGNM

About the role

We are seeking qualified nursing professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting. The role is open to candidates holding B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, GNM, DGNM or equivalent recognized qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to clinical standards and hospital protocols.
• Assess patient health, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate records.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids and other prescribed treatments.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, surgeries and emergency care.
• Report changes in patient condition promptly to the medical team.
• Ensure infection‑control practices, hygiene and patient safety.
• Deliver pre‑operative and post‑operative nursing care as needed.
• Educate patients and families on medication, nutrition, hygiene and follow‑up care.
• Respond to medical emergencies with first aid and basic life‑support measures.
• Coordinate with doctors, lab staff, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Valid nursing registration with the appropriate nursing council.
• Relevant clinical experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, compassionate and responsible attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care and infection control.
• Basic medical terminology.
• Accurate documentation and record‑keeping.
