Pharmacist – Pharmaceutical Care & Medication Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe medication use, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions in line with doctors' orders while maintaining patient safety.
• Provide clear counseling to patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and assist in managing stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust medication plans in coordination with the clinical team when necessary.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy (BPharm, MPharm, Pharm D) or related fields such as BDS, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare providers.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate dispensing and record‑keeping.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on pharmaceutical advancements.
