Material Planning Manager (End-to-End Flow Controller)

About the role

We are looking for a Manager – Material Planning to lead end‑to‑end flow control across our supply chain. You will ensure materials and information move smoothly from suppliers to production, optimizing performance and reducing bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to guarantee timely material delivery and reduce lead times.
• Optimize inventory management to balance supply and demand while controlling costs.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication to align activities and proactively resolve supply chain issues.
• Monitor real‑time performance using short‑interval management techniques.
