About the role
Bosch Group is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join its Pune team. You will be responsible for both manual and automated testing of software applications, ensuring high quality and timely delivery in an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks.
- Execute manual test cases, log defects, and verify fixes.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA peers in Scrum ceremonies.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and REST Assured.
- Maintain test artifacts in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and version control systems.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks (TestNG, Cucumber, JUnit).
- Proficiency in Java, Python or JavaScript for scripting.
- Experience with API testing and CI/CD tools.
