Manager - Transaction Services

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Manager for its Transaction Services practice to support clients throughout the M&A lifecycle. Leveraging extensive experience from thousands of transactions, you will provide insightful analysis, thorough planning, and execution before and after deal closures.

Key responsibilities

• Use financial acumen and GAAP knowledge to assist clients on financial and tax issues related to M&A transactions.
• Draft EBITDA tables, perform working capital analysis, and assess underlying business metrics.
• Lead management meetings for due‑diligence projects and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage engagements across the transaction life cycle, including buy‑side, sell‑side, operational, and tax due diligence.
• Coach junior team members, provide performance feedback, and foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship building and nurturing abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality results in fast‑paced environments.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards.
• CPA, CA, or MBA in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent).
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in transaction‑focused quality of earnings, working capital, and cash‑flow analysis.
