Manager, Global Data & Analytics

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Manager, Global Data & Analytics to lead the design, build, and scaling of enterprise analytics solutions. This role blends people leadership with deep, hands‑on technical execution across merchandising, inventory, supply chain, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable analytics solutions that provide global visibility into planning, inventory, merchandising, and operational performance.
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise reporting and self‑service analytics using Looker and Google Cloud Platform technologies.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics products and data solutions.
• Establish best practices for data modeling, metric definitions, dashboard governance, and analytics engineering.
• Enable data‑driven decision making through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Drive consistency, quality, and trust in enterprise data assets via validation and governance processes.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts while staying actively involved in technical delivery.
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve planning, forecasting, and operational decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics teams while remaining hands‑on in solution delivery.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and analytics products.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, SQL development, and dashboard engineering.
• Comfortable participating in architecture discussions and driving data governance.
