Low Code No Code Specialist

About the role

The Low Code No Code (LCNC) Specialist will design and deliver business applications and workflow automations using visual, drag‑and‑drop platforms. Acting as a bridge between IT and business units, you will rapidly prototype scalable solutions while ensuring security and governance standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy applications on LCNC platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, N8N and APEX.
• Automate business processes and integrate them with existing systems via REST APIs.
• Enforce security, compliance and governance policies for all solutions.
• Lead the incorporation of AI capabilities (e.g., Co‑Pilot, Claude, Vibe) into LCNC projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver value quickly.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of professional experience in application development or automation.
• Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech or MCA.
• 5‑7 years hands‑on experience designing and launching solutions on MS Power Platform, RPA, N8N or APEX.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, SQL database management and REST API architecture.
• Proven ability to work with AI/ML tools such as Co‑Pilot Studio, Claude Code or Vibe Code.
