Logistics & Inventory Coordinator – SEZ Expert

About the role

The Logistics & Inventory Coordinator will be based in Arista's Bengaluru office and report to the Global Logistics team. This hands‑on role manages day‑to‑day shipping, receiving and inventory operations while ensuring full compliance with Special Economic Zone (SEZ) regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end SEZ compliance, including filing SOFTEX, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, DTA procurement/sales and bonding/de‑bonding procedures.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics for Bengaluru and provide centralized documentation support for Pune and Chennai, arranging pickups, courier bookings and freight movements.
• Execute accurate inventory transactions in NetSuite, maintain serial‑number records, reconcile discrepancies and support cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Global Trade Compliance to ensure smooth hardware movements, audit‑ready records and timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on expertise in SEZ compliance workflows and customs documentation.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively across functions.

Required skills

• NetSuite for inventory and asset management.
• SEZ compliance processes and related customs documentation (BoE, Shipping Bills, DTA, SOFTEX).
