Junior Maintenance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Executive to join our team in Belagavi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality lift service, ensuring equipment safety, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned repairs on lift equipment, following safety and quality standards.
• Communicate proactively with customers on‑site, providing ETA, job details and real‑time updates.
• Accurately record work performed at the equipment level in e‑Optimum and generate customer notifications.
• Manage site environment during service operations, identify and report risks, and apply escalation procedures when needed.
• Maintain proximity stock, request spare parts and ensure tooling, van and instruments are in good condition.
• Plan workload in coordination with the service supervisor and raise sales leads.
• Submit timesheets and back‑reporting promptly according to process.

• Willingness to learn lift technology and attend training sessions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of lift/elevator technology and associated safety procedures.
• Experience with maintenance documentation and reporting tools.
