IT Recruiter – End-to-End Technical Hiring

About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for various technical positions, including Java developers, AEM architects, Salesforce engineers, data and cloud engineers, and SAP S/4 HANA specialists. The role is based in Jaipur and requires on-site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Handle recruitment for C2C, C2H, and full-time roles across a range of IT specializations.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (C2C, C2H, or full-time).
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Based in Jaipur and willing to work from the office.

Required skills

• Experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of technical roles like Java development, AEM, Salesforce, data engineering, cloud engineering, and SAP S/4 HANA.
