About the role

Trios the Best is looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Operator to join its manufacturing team in Avinashi. The role involves operating injection moulding machines, monitoring production processes and ensuring product quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machines efficiently.
• Set up machines according to production requirements.
• Ensure smooth production with minimum downtime.
• Inspect finished products for quality and specifications.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Record daily production data and machine performance.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily targets.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma or any relevant technical qualification (CIPET diploma preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating injection moulding machines.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing or related industries is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of injection moulding processes.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues.
• Understanding of quality control procedures.
