Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Take full ownership of HR management for the India region, developing and implementing HR strategies, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management and compliance across sales, marketing, service and manufacturing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies, annual plans, budgets, policies and processes aligned with business growth and HQ requirements.
• Lead organization development, headcount planning and organizational effectiveness for multiple functions.
• Build and manage localized talent acquisition systems, recruitment channels and talent pipelines.
• Oversee compensation and performance management, including salary structures, market benchmarking and annual reviews.
• Establish talent development programs covering onboarding, training, certification, promotion and career development.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws such as CLRA, Minimum Wages, EPF/ESIC and the Industrial Disputes Act.
• Build and lead the regional HR team, creating localized SOPs, reporting mechanisms and collaborating with HQ and global COEs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in HR management or team leadership.
• Strong knowledge across OD, TA, C&B, performance management, talent development and employee relations.
• Proven experience building or scaling HR systems, teams and processes in a fast‑growing organization.
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and experience handling contract‑labor agencies or unions is preferred.
