About the role
We are looking for an HR Executive to lead end‑to‑end learning and development administration for Bosch’s pan‑India training operations. You will coordinate training programs, manage stakeholders across multiple Bosch entities, and ensure smooth daily training administration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of learning and development administration.
- Coordinate training programs and handle day‑to‑day training administration.
- Engage with stakeholders across various Bosch plants and entities.
- Maintain and update the TrainM system daily.
- Produce data reports, analytics, and ensure governance compliance.
- Oversee vendor relationships and participant management.
Required profile
- Any graduate or post‑graduate degree.
- 3‑4 years of experience in training administration.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Capability to manage high‑volume, pan‑India training operations.
