Housekeeping Expert

About the role

The Housekeeping Expert (also called Guest Environment Expert) ensures that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. Working within a Marriott Westin property, you will maintain the appearance and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and support spaces while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and service carts.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service inquiries.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of linens and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods, standing, walking, and bending.
