Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment Expert

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest area of the hotel is spotless, welcoming and safe. Working on the Westin property in Kolkata, you will create memorable experiences by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and public spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or housekeeping services.
• Stock cleaning carts, replenish supplies, and manage inventory of housekeeping items.
• Follow safety procedures, handle chemicals responsibly, and report any hazards.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the hotel’s quality and service policies.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
