Room Attendant – Housekeeping Associate

About the role

Bloom Hotels in Kolkata is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its housekeeping team as Room Attendants. You will play a key part in ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and designated public areas following Bloom standards.
• Change bed linen, replenish amenities and prepare rooms for new arrivals.
• Report any maintenance issues or lost‑and‑found items promptly.
• Adhere to housekeeping SOPs, hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred; fresh graduates from hotel management institutes are welcome.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
