Hospital Director

About the role

The Director role at Envision Next is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Mumbai. You will provide strategic leadership across key business verticals, oversee client engagement and drive growth of consulting and advisory services in the real estate ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Set and review business targets, guide cross‑functional teams and monitor operational performance.
• Develop new service offerings, strengthen market presence and maintain relationships with clients, regulators and partners.
• Mentor team members, support talent development and promote a culture of innovation and ethical practice.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management experience, with a track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven expertise in real‑estate consulting or advisory, including exposure to RERA, financial services, debt syndication or government/legal advisory.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
