Head Cook / Cook – Workplace Food Service

About the role

We are looking for a Head Cook and Cook to lead and execute kitchen operations for workplace food service in Noida. You will ensure safe, timely, and consistent food preparation while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen readiness, including staff attendance, grooming, hygiene, briefings and task completion.
• Control food quality, quantity, cost, tasting approval and compliance with service level agreements.
• Maintain cleaning, deep‑cleaning, checklists, HSEQ, 5S, 4*6 and food‑safety standards.
• Coordinate ordering, shift handovers, mise en place and communication with stores, pantry supervisors and service teams.
• Address customer food‑quality concerns, introduce suitable recipes and support special‑event services.
• Conduct daily kitchen rounds, identify issues, assign corrective actions and ensure documentation and discipline.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Proven ability to lead kitchen staff and manage high‑volume food service operations.
• Strong focus on food safety, hygiene and cost efficiency.
