Guidewire Configuration Developer

About the role

Norima Consulting is expanding its Guidewire practice in India and seeks experienced Guidewire developers to deliver configuration, integration, and development work on insurance transformation projects. You will work directly with client environments to implement and extend Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions within Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter.
• Build and maintain integrations between Guidewire and third‑party systems using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Develop customizations using Gosu scripting and product model configuration.
• Support Guidewire Cloud Platform deployments, environment management, and pipeline configuration.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate requirements into Guidewire configurations.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation.
• Assist with data migration, mapping, validation, and transformation logic.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of hands‑on Guidewire development or implementation.
• Proficiency in Gosu scripting and Guidewire configuration.
• Experience with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter in live implementations or upgrades.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in client‑facing delivery teams.
