Growth Operations Specialist

About the role

The Growth Operations role at Paytm Money focuses on end‑to‑end management of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are designed, executed and analysed in line with the overall strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own marketing campaign operations and implementation design end‑to‑end, aligned with the defined strategy.
• Monitor and track performance metrics for campaign analysis.
• Set up and run experiments on campaigns.
• Streamline operations to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses when campaign behavior deviates from expectations.

Required profile

• Familiarity with a CLM tool; experience with CleverTap is a plus.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem‑breaking, hypothesis formation and validation.
• Ownership mindset – able to manage campaigns from execution through assessment and learning.
• Previous operations experience preferred, though not mandatory.
