Full-time Barista – Specialty Coffee Café

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our new café in Mumbai. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of specialty coffee drinks and café items while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle food preparation for baked goods and accompaniments, ensuring consistency.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace throughout the shift.
• Greet guests, take orders, process payments and provide attentive customer service.
• Restock supplies and support opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication abilities for interacting with guests and teammates.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes and grow with a developing specialty coffee brand.
• Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
