Field Operator III – Wireline Services

About the role

As a Field Operator III you will provide wellsite support and guidance to global customers, ensuring safe and efficient wireline operations. You will be responsible for equipment maintenance, job preparation, and supervising operators on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rig‑up, rig‑down, and operation of wireline equipment at well sites.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical tools.
• Participate in pre‑job planning, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Train and supervise operators, promoting a high level of safety awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in oilfield operations, preferably wireline services.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with oilfield equipment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and HSE awareness.
• Basic English proficiency and good physical health.
