Key responsibilities
- Overall factory and production floor supervision
- Production planning and timely order execution
- Quality control across all stages of production
- Labour and contractor management
- Raw material, finished goods and stock management
- Factory documentation, reporting and administration
- Sample management, tagging and traceability
- Controlling production wastage and improving efficiency
- Maintaining factory cleanliness, processes and audit readiness
