About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team at The Coffee Project in Nagpur. The role involves preparing high‑quality coffee beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare high‑quality coffee and other beverages.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee equipment.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation.
- Manage customer orders and provide excellent service.
- Maintain proper stock and inventory of coffee supplies.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of relevant Barista experience.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of espresso machine and grinder operation.
- Good communication and team‑management abilities.
