Barista – Full-time, On-site

About the role

Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Barista to join its Nagpur café. You will be the face of the brand, preparing specialty coffee drinks and delivering a memorable coffee experience to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso‑based and other specialty coffee beverages following strict brewing standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle food preparation for light café offerings and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Manage basic inventory of coffee beans, milk, and supplies.
• Engage with customers, explain coffee origins, brewing methods, and take orders while processing payments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations and support occasional coffee tastings or demonstrations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee origins and flavor profiles, with a willingness to learn more.
• Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
