Executive I – Commercial Sales

About the role

The Executive I – Commercial Sales role supports the Marketing Commercial department in Warangal by handling administration, vendor coordination and financial monitoring of marketing spend. Reporting to the Manager – Commercial, the incumbent ensures smooth procurement, accurate invoicing and timely payments while supporting brand launch activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of goods and services required for marketing initiatives, negotiate agreements and manage vendor relationships.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as corporate accounts, taxation, SSC, branches, IT and finance for daily routine activities.
• Maintain vendor account hygiene, including open advances, open goods receipts, and monthly provisions.
• Work with the marketing warehouse, divisional and sales commercial teams to ensure on‑time dispatch of marketing collaterals and prepare related MIS.
• Assist the brand team with launches, activations, events and other promotional activities.
• Monitor marketing spend, compare budget versus actuals and highlight any deviations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS relevant to commercial and brand hierarchy.
• Process POs and invoices within defined service level agreements.

Required profile

• Any graduate (any batch).
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts or commercial functions; prior experience with SAP ERP is preferred.
• Good communication skills and conceptual clarity on accounting logic.
