About the role
We are looking for a fresh Chartered Accountant to join our tax team, handling both direct and indirect tax compliance for KPIT’s overseas entities across Europe and APAC.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare corporate tax computations, deferred tax, tax GL reconciliation and related disclosures for multiple overseas entities.
- Coordinate with local tax consultants and auditors to ensure timely statutory audit closure and compliance.
- Handle quarterly advance tax and TDS filings for overseas entities.
- Assist in tax audits and litigation by gathering information, preparing submissions and liaising with consultants.
- Prepare, review and file VAT/GST returns for various European and APAC jurisdictions, ensuring correct application of rules.
- Perform VAT/GST reconciliations, monitor regulatory changes and support month‑end and year‑end tax reporting.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant with 0‑1 years of experience.
- Internship exposure to tax compliance activities is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
