Execution Manager

About the role

The Execution Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Reporting to the Operations/Business Head, you will act as the central liaison between clients, design, sales, procurement and on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take full project handover from sales and design, review designs, drawings, BOQs and client requirements.
• Develop detailed execution plans, milestone schedules and identify potential risks before work starts.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site execution across multiple locations, coordinating civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, false ceiling, painting, modular installation and other interior works.
• Monitor progress against schedules, manage material procurement, manpower allocation and vendor performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve issues promptly and escalate major risks to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interior or construction projects from inception to handover.
• Strong ownership of timelines, budgets, quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent coordination skills across cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to anticipate challenges, make decisions quickly and drive corrective actions.
