Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst (Power Platform)

About the role

The Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst will design, customize, and maintain Power Platform solutions that support Sales Hub, Customer Insight Journeys, Project Operations and a custom model‑driven application. You will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into reliable, user‑friendly tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Power BI reports for Dynamics 365 environments.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues in Sales Hub, Customer Insight Journeys, Project Operations and custom model‑driven apps.
• Diagnose and fix technical problems in C# plugins, JavaScript web resources, Azure Logic Apps and related integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build new features and improve existing processes.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
• Participate in design, code and test review cycles and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365 and Power Platform for process optimisation.
• Deliver virtual demos and training sessions on custom workflow solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, Customer Insight Journeys and Project Operations.
• At least 1 year of experience developing and supporting business systems on Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Proven experience with SharePoint integration, Azure services and custom connectors.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
